The focus will be on movement exploration that involves examining movement patterns / histories of the performing body and utilizing such embodied knowledge in order to delve into unknown territories.

Biography
Based in London and Hong Kong, Victor received his training from Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and University of California Santa Barbara. He later completed an MA in Choreography at London Contemporary Dance School and is currently conducting his doctoral research in the development of creativity in young dancers in collaboration with Middlesex University and Dance4.
Victor was awarded the Award for Young Artist at the 2013 Hong Kong Arts Development Award. As a choreographer, he founded his company Victor Fung Dance in 2011 and has been funded and commissioned internationally by Arts Council England, Chisenhale Dance Space (UK), Hong Kong Arts Festival, Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Hong Kong Dance Alliance, City Contemporary Dance Company (HK), Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and Junior Dance Company (IT) amongst others. He was one of the six choreographers of SPAZIO, a European network for dance creation, and participated in residencies across Europe. His production Not Enough (Beyond Reason) was shortlisted as one of the three Outstanding Independent Dance for the 2012 Hong Kong Dance Award. His recent work From the Top was chosen to represent Hong Kong at PAMS 2015 International Showcase in Seoul and will be touring internationally in 2016-17.
As a performer, recent performance credits include Aida at Royal Albert Hall, Tino Seghal's These Association at Tate Modern and Hollywood production 47 Ronin featuring Keanu Reeves. Besides choreographing and performing, Victor is also an experienced dance teacher and has taught classes for a wide range of institutions and organisations including The Place, London Contemporary Dance School, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and Henny Jurriëns Foundation (NL) amongst others.
